During the personal interview with one of our team members, the candidate will be asked about their experience, skills, preferences, transportation method, and availability. This information will be documented into their personal file in our database.

When a client company contacts A1 Staffing Solutions to request additional staff for their jobsite, we will ask the client company about the skills, experience and shift availability required. Once we are satisfied that we have all the pertinent info, we will run a search of our database for a list of candidates who match all of these criteria. We will call them and present the work opportunity to them. We always start with the applicants who have most recently called in available for work.

Applicants are free to accept or decline the work that has been chosen for them.

This is a very thorough process in order to result in a more appropriate match between employees and worksites. An applicant is never sent to work that we have not fully interviewed and orientated through our procedures and processes.

You must register with us. This process involves completing your employee record, having an interview with a staffing coordinator so we have an accurate assessment of your availability and preferences. Then there will be a brief orientation.
